Pros
Family Oriented. Will always allow you to take care of sick babies at home. Bosses are very understanding of family problems etc etc. This company was always very understanding of many of my co-worker's needing to take care of kids.
Cons
The atmosphere changed, shifted. Went from being customer service focused, to sales focused. They only wanted us to sell sell sell, no matter the cost. Always wanted us to push products on customers even awful products that the customer didn't want. If you're a great salesmen, more power to you.
