If you enjoy toxic work environments, no time with your family, a work place that blatantly ignores the law and local regulation, and poor benefits AdvanSix is for you. Company has a union vs. Salary mindset and treats union employees as disposable commodities. Salary employees aren’t treated much better. Expect micromanagement, burnt out coworkers looking for employment elsewhere and lots of red tape preventing you from making any kind of positive change. Like others have said this place is a sinking ship filled with failing equipment, health and environmental hazards and money hungry corporate executives looking to squeeze the last bit of worth out of a crumbling 100 plus year old plant.
