      Pros

      The people I dealt with directly were very nice and helpful

      Cons

      People are already stretched thin and more workload without higher compensation doesn’t work. Also the amount of pointless meetings that take away from actual work needing to be done.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
