Pros
The people working in the areas are good, and want to do their jobs well. Lots of mid level managers that want to do good things but thwarted on the regular by nitwits in upper management.
Cons
Everything from site leadership and up. There’s a cadre of people that think they are leaders but have no clue what that really means. The sites have continued to operate to this point in spite of company leadership, not because of it. HR organization is focused on work-ness and has no clue what the company is really supposed to be doing. Most toxic work environment you can imagine
