Pros
There are a few good people who work for the organization that want to do the right thing. Pay is decent depending on your position.
Cons
Senior Leadership team micromanages way too much and fosters a negative work environment. They don't seem to trust employees who know what they are doing to make decisions without the complete buy in of the senior leadership team (takes months to get their buy in). There is a constant blame culture when things go wrong. This directly influences the negative Employee/Company relationship. They say their greatest asset are their employees but I see little evidence that supports this, including benefits. All about the shareholder value which instills a mentality that as little money as possible should be spent on improving the work environment and processes. Archaic systems, I have never relied so heavily on Excel spreadsheets as much as with this company. Technology wise they are 10-20 years behind if not more.
