Pros

Decent pay at the beginning.

Cons

Well lets see so many things wrong with this place. If you are new and not part of the inner circle with the bosses clan you will be harassed, ridiculed, talked behind your back repeatedly by employees who are nice to your face and if you try to express your opinions they will throw you out the door for being treated unfairly. I highly, highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost unless you love torture, boredom and not a raise for about 4 years. I 100 percent know for a fact any new employee who has half a sense of pride, dignity, and integrity would choose another place to work.

Pros

After initial training you are basically on your own. Parts were available.

Cons

Too many politics- Most of the people that you worked around you couldn't trust. There was an inner circle of employees who played by a different set of rules than the remainder of us. No one from the upper levels of management made you feel as though your work was good or important.

Pros

There are very few pros to working at ADVACO, maybe that their starting pay rates are adequate or that they don't work weekends or holidays but that is about it.

Cons

ADVACO is a completely unethical company. They switch serial #'s on pumps, they send out pumps as rebuilds when they have not been torn down, cleaned and rebuilt. As far as their relationship with employess its non-existent, they treat their employees on a personal level like they are less than equals, very little communication nor caring which produces an end result of pumps being done and sent out that are substandard because employees don't care which is why their field failure and warranty work rates are so high.
