      All pros and no cons. 1. Very simple to get promoted and get increment. Get drunk and come to office. 2. Harass your team mates 3. Do boot licking for your seniors 4. Don't work and enjoy and become critic 5. stay late drunk and enjoy free food

      Attention to what produces quickly and pays month in and month out on net new contracts in a healthcare niche market

      Cons

      Not a lot of focus on ROI balancing with funding to test demand gen for new business and cross-sell/up-sell with existing accounts
