Non existent training, minimum salary, no experience in the team - Project Technician Adsyst Automation Employee Review

Training was non-existient, a brief couple of months shadowing the boss. The boss was so stressed out that pure liquid stress would ooze out of them. Not exactly the best training environment. During my time there, the team consisted of only graduates who would answer any of my questions and provided aid.
