They don't know the Industry practices at all and neither they're bothered about it.
They never ever encourage the learning and development of their employees.
They are only bothered about money, without any idea how to get it.
Talented creative people will not survive here for a long time.
They have no practice of participating in advertising awards as they have nothing to showcase for awards and most of their clients are PSU clients where they work for media commission and calendar printing at the end of the year, and no proper clients with retainer fee is there or are less.
Being in the advertising industry, they still think working for more hours would improve their efficiency but still haven't realised the fact that working creatively and encouraging creativity is what they're missing for growth. Working more hours is considered a virtue for promotions.
They consider Ogilvy, JWT, Mudra kind of companies as their competitors but in reality, it's something they are very very far from.
They don't trust their employees and take their precious time for granted unnecessarily.
There are no leaders in this firm and only managers with hefty 'designations'
In spite of the above review, you might ask this question - if these many drawbacks are there, how are they still surviving? It's simply because they are a Manipal Group Company and they are very much funded and protected by their parent company.
Even today, they need to introduce themselves as a 'Manipal Group Company' as they are still not known in the market even after 25 years.
