Cool HR team, trying to make sense out of the non-sense of the stakeholders and company culture. Fruits, tea and ping pong table at the office.
Cons
The company culture is sick. They hire and change product owners every few months. The product team is led very poorly, with zero focus on customer and no real product management experience at the management level. The focus of the company is to survive one more quarter, not to bring value to the customers or in the market.
