      Pros

      I have been working at adrosonic for more than one year and so far I have found the company to be good, in terms of work, culture and learning. Colleagues and management is supportive. I actually wonder why are some of the ratings here so bad.

      Cons

      So far I do not see much issues. It will be better if WFH was only for 1 or 2 days as week instead of 3.

      Pros

      I have worked 2.5 years in this company, and I have seen a lot of support from management and everyone. This has never been a place for anyone to go wrong. Management and people partners are really supportive. And all young talents are really working hard to build a lot of wonderful solutions. I have been a proud member of this organization.

      Cons

      Nothing much at all. I've noticed that as a young, growing company, they've faced a lot of challenges, but they're really growing more and more.

      Even if you wors hard and have the skills that's over the top it won't be recognised if you are a SE
