Small teams provide you more exposure to job, but condition is you only want to learn and nothing to worry about anything else like family, official documents etc.
Cons
the company doesn't believes in long-term engagement, the management and administration is worst that you can't even expect. Director of the company believes in hiring and leaving employees on project basis. Company is small and is driven only for Owners profit.
