For me no cons at all

I used to work for a large multinational India based company - I was running out of time for immigration - I was in my 6th year of H1 - Adroit offered me a 30% raise, got my 140 before the 6 years was up, got my H1 extension of 3 years based on the 140 . They have reasonable benefits with generous time off, good medical plan , great salary and fantastic immigration support system

I have nothing negative to say - The reason I am in US today is the personal help I got from this great company run by an excellent management
