      Pros

      Excellent Salary and benefits -I got a 30% increase from my previous job at a large India based IT company - The projects were great - I got a wonderful experience and increased my skill sets during my association. Everything works like clockwork - payments, immigration and Green card. My spouse was sponsored for a H4 EAD and within 2 years of joining

      I think they have a good pulse of IT consulting

      Timely payment. HR team response immediately. Efficient Immegration Team. I received my I-140 without any hassles.

      Pros

      I used to work for a large multinational India based company - I was running out of time for immigration - I was in my 6th year of H1 - Adroit offered me a 30% raise, got my 140 before the 6 years was up, got my H1 extension of 3 years based on the 140 . They have reasonable benefits with generous time off, good medical plan , great salary and fantastic immigration support system

      I have nothing negative to say - The reason I am in US today is the personal help I got from this great company run by an excellent management
