      Pros

      You will excel at SQL at this company. It has been 6+ years in my experience and I still haven't worked like I did in this company. There is a great deal to learn in this company. A lot of different stuff that you can do. The founder of the company Mr. G is a very calm and composed man. He is always ready to help his employees.

      Cons

      Other than the core technologies, need to adapt to some new technologies a bit faster.
