Adria Solutions has an enjoyable office atmosphere and is a great team environment, There are excellent opportunities to earn individual and team commission as well as further rewards for hard work. The directors have created a flexible approach to recruitment that maximises the opportunity for each consultant to do their job successfully in their own style. The Supportive management and personal approach to any issues has been a refreshing change and feeling valued has helped to increase motivation and hard work amongst all staff.

Lovely family feel in the office. Everyone is made to feel welcome. Everyone gets on with their work but still helps you out if need be. Really helpful having both Directors in the office as your help is literally sitting across the room - any help I need is sorted immediately so I can get things done. If you want to grow, progress and earn decent money then this is so easily achievable here. They have a fantastic reputation with existing clients too which always helps!!
