      Cons

      The owner of the company is an absolute dictator. It's either his way or out the door. Most mistakes will be met with aggression, shouting or just general unhealthy behaviour. The only redeeming quality and possible reason why people stay more than a year is the General Manager.

      Pros

      Really nice summer job for younger people. Good pay. Good group of people surrounded by. Really good if you’re in college and local!

      Cons

      Hires some young clueless kids. During peak time for age 18+, 20 min breaks ranging from 10:30am-4pm- you don’t pick when you go (could get 10:30 break- you start at 9am which is quite harsh if the day is busy!)

      Outdoors, can lots of fun, overall a great team

      Cons

      A very cliquey place to work, the owners/management/HoDs best mates are openly favoured for day to day tasks and for promotions over those with more experience, qualifications and are better suited.
