I’m giving 5 for two main reasons:
1) I have an incredible work life balance. This is something that’s incredibly valuable to me and I weigh it quite heavily since I’ve been on the other side of the fence.
2) Pay has improved since the acquisition.
A few more: Hybrid working with 3 days WFH. Access to new tech that most agencies don’t have. A superior technical team that is more knowledgeable and experienced than most other agencies. Work your tail off and prove you’re valuable and you might get promoted.
Cons
Onboarding is a bit of a mess. Company refuses to adequately staff so many teams are spread thin and could use another team member or two. Pressure for remote employees local to Portland to attend in person when requested (that one is ridiculous IMO). Not a crystal clear path to promotion.
