Pros

Great work culture with low ego, high accountability, and smart coworkers. There's no shortage of projects to get involved in, and plenty of room for professional growth.

Cons

True startup culture with lots of on-the-fly decision-making. Pace is fast and things can change quickly. If you need structure and certainty, the ambiguity will be an adjustment.

Pros

I’ve found Adonis to be a mission-driven company where the work is clearly tied to helping providers improve financial outcomes and ultimately support patient care. The company has clear values and expectations, which made it easier to ramp quickly and understand how people work together. I appreciate the emphasis on ownership, customer focus, and collaboration, especially in a fast-moving environment. There also seems to be a strong bias toward learning, growth, and raising the bar, which makes it a motivating place to build.

Cons

Because Adonis is scaling quickly, some processes, role boundaries, and cross-functional norms still feel like they are maturing in real time. There is a lot of ambition across product, delivery, and growth at the same time, which can create prioritization pressure and occasional ambiguity. In a few areas, the operating model still seems to be catching up to the vision, especially where clearer success definitions, measurement, or repeatability are still being built.
