Pros
First off this review has NOTHING to do with the employees that run the day to day teen homes. Some of them are angels that regardless of the company's reputation care about the healing of the clients. Now, the owners... they are fake Christian with dollar signs in their hearts and not Jesus. They are BOTH power hungry and controlling. They belittle employees and are some of the worse bosses I have ever had. So much shady stuff that goes on I don't have the energy to write it all. If you are reading this because you're looking for employment do yourself a favor and RUN. I get it, times are tough but this place is not worth the aggravation. They don't pay enough to the employees that make it happen on a daily basis, meanwhile the owners are living large in Pasadena like the fresh prince. If your a parent looking to take your teen here, like I said prior the poor staff that runs the daily are angels and truly care but the evil, fake owners energy eventually trickles down and gives the clients a bad experience. All the positive reviews are fake or were made by current employees who were pressured into writing positive remarks. Run, run , run.

Pay, belittling, controlling owners that have their big noses in everything and micro manage. Poor conditions and shady business practices.
