      Pros

      It is a job, the people who work in mid level management do genuinely care, even if the top brass don't. Benefits are okay. Remote work is allowed

      Cons

      Very low salary compared to other opportunities, barely get any feedback from high level management/HR. It's very clear that they massively underbid on contracts and run things on a shoestring budget.

      Pros

      Great attention, quick response to any questions, clear expectations and communications, no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a bit expensive and the vision benefits are lacking (VSP). Not a clear way to move vertically.

      Pros

      Company feels generally solid and leadership is willing to listen and fight for you. I have had absolutely no complaints against the company or the people I work with here. I would recommend Adnet to anyone.

      Cons

      Not much guidance or contact with higher ups. Working here feels a little bit like being in your own world.
