      Management team treats employees with respect and will encourage opportunities to advance your career and knowledge base if you are proactive and so desire.

      Cons

      As with any consulting firm, travel may be involved. When the economy dips choice assignments become scarce and you may have work a less desired client/position.

      Pros

      They were very friendly and helpful when every I needed it. It is a family owned company so I was able to meet the owners and feel apart of a team. They trusted be with a few projects to help out with even though I was brand new to the work.

      Cons

      I do not have and critiques about the company. It is well ran and they always get what they need to done.

      Positive: They are integrated with AACE

      Cons

      Negative: They have no problem spreading you thin with projects, and zero regard with how stressful that can be, even when brought to manager's attention.
