      Pros

      - Great place to work, attractive benefits, very warm and friendly staff including the CEO. - Fast-paced, continually changing environment - I loved working for AdminaHealth in my TPM role and all my teammates were very supportive and helping

      Cons

      it is an early-stage organization moving fast based on changing priorities. Sometimes it gets really busy just like other organizations. Overall, very fun-loving people and always willing to help.

      Pros

      Hardworking people. Transparent management that focuses on regular communication. Very flexible if you have doctors appointments, family issues, etc. Very compassionate. Great concept that fills a big need in the market. Little direct competition.

      Cons

      Not enough focus on product development. Organization is too lean. Sales team lacks familiarity with product and incapable of producing realistic projections. CEO is scattered and can be overly critical. Definitely some favoritism. May not be the best fit for this organization.
