Pros

Although I can't speak for the other departments, being in the Infosystems department was a great environment and a great job to have. All of my peers and manager were very supportive and were always willing to teach me new and valuable skills, even if it wasn't required in the job. Management is more than fair and genuinely wants you to succeed. Very clear communication throughout the department. Although I had to leave due to the commute, this was a very great job with a decent salary and amazing benefits and would recommend this to anyone looking at a job in this department.

Cons

Pay could be a bit higher, but it was fair.

Pros

1. Benefits (100% medical benefits paid for by AdminSure and it’s a good BCBS PPO Plan, 401k fully vested from day 1) - recommends the company keep operating this way. A huge benefit to employees making you feel valued. 2. Flex Scheduling (allow flex start/end times and a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off) - recommends the company keep operating this way. Allows employees to balance work-life and find schedule that aides both employer-employee.

Cons

1. Above industry average caseloads (there are desks with 200 plus claims) 2. High caseload counts lead to operational challenges for employees of all company ranks 3. Lack of resources (no FMC Desks, no Subrogation Desks, no Lien Desks, no Conversion Desks/Support Team, no Loss Control Team, no Risk Management Team, no Hearing Representative/Legal Support Team) 4. Lack of Learning and Development Team, thus employees do not have same resources compared to industry (have to seek support outside company) 5. Company culture does not foster collaboration and innovation (I was given a paper training manual in 2025, so dated operating practices along with no laptop provided, so I had to take notes on paper at an in-person meeting with a public municipality client in 2025) 6. Salary and benefits compared to caseload counts/lack of resources do not balance out (why giving 3/5)
