Communication from superiors is confusing and misleading. Upper Management is focused more on the bottom line and retaining problematic clients than protecting their employees. They expect you to be on and available 24/7 despite claiming otherwise. Don't bring up concerns, issues, or problems to your supervisors for help and if you do be prepared to be scrutinized for it months down the road by unsupportive management.
