Pros

After a few years of constant turn over at the executve level, Adlib actually has it right now. WIth the addition of new CEO Chris Huff and CRO Mike Chasteen, the company is on a meteoric trajectory for growth with new focus and sense of urgency. Employee input is welcome at all levels and is a very transparent place to work, no hidden agendas.

Cons

A cultural hangover in some areas of the business - needs to lift quickly

Pros

- lack of bureaucracy / no politics - 100% remote work - bias toward action & results - culture of teamwork and merit-based recognition - hyper-focus on our differentiated tech and market positioning - clear company strategy - most seem to be on a company bonus plan that’s tied to growth, which incentivizes collaboration & results

Cons

- distributed workforce requires a-game from everyone to maintain momentum / progress - stretch ‘company and individual’ goals

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The new leadership team has went to great lengths to ensure bureaucracy and politics are removed from the workplace and replaced with open communciation, merit-based hiring and recognition of impact / results. We operate with inherent trust in each Adlibian - that everyone at Adlib takes great pride in the work they do and the impact they have on customers - which translates into high expectations and 'stretch' goals across the board. We've found that the best love to work with the best - and that's the environment and culture we're creating at Adlib. Team Adlib

Pros

Opportunity to work remotely, participate in planning/strategy, decent benefits/employee programs and the founders do really care about the employees.

Cons

Used to have a strong product, then leadership decided to chase a new and shiny product without any clue how much funding or effort it would require, or how to prioritize resources to support the new offering. Sales were encouraged to sell a product that wasn't ready. Services worked madly behind the scenes to try to make the implementations successful. Meanwhile the old, trusty solid product has been effectively turned off, and with it go the old customer base and partners who had integrated with the old product. The market has caught up, the competitive advantages are no longer on Adlib's side. Most of the successful and professional people have left or been let go. It is so sad to see a place that was great circling the drain.
