      Good benefits and the pay is fair.

      Cons

      Sinority doesn't matter. If they want u on a shift you will be placed there whether you have more time than other people.

      Pros

      Small, family owned and ran, believe in rest and time off whenever possible, great people. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Really great people.

      Cons

      Health insurance leaves something to be desired. Premiums are cheap in comparison, but the coverage is also below average to match its price on the employee end of paying in.
