Pros

previous reviews are right about the fun/friendly atmosphere the supervisors are nice & they try their best despite the circumstances starting wage is decent

Cons

business expanding so rapidly that procedures change from week to week. half the time nobody knows what's going on desk space shrinking fast due to regular new hires used to have own cubicles, now elbow to elbow with our neighbours as I said before the supervisors are nice.....but they're too overworked to take our concerns seriously. plus the system here kinda prefers the extroverts over introverts. Being the loud self-promotional type will get you much farther than actually doing your work

Pros

Good position for students. Cannot make a career out of it.

Cons

No room to grow. Make it seem like a family buisness as management only promotes people that they like (or family members) not those who actually deserve a promotion. Do not like to give bonus; they will have 100 reasons as to why you will not be getting a bonus. Unstable environment, very high turn over. Do not value employees and they fire people all the time; you can see your coworkers just being walked out of the office. While working for adjuvantz, I have personally witnessed them walk out at least 8 people, which makes the working environment very unstable. You don't know if tomorrow will be the day they will walk you out of the office.

Pros

I had my own office so I closed the door to block out the garbage and the toxic environment.

Cons

Employee morale is low and it is a revolving door with employees for agents to the management level. Management is only present half of the time so they have no idea what is going on day to day. They take long lunch breaks and avoid direct contact with employees by conveniently working at home. I definitely think working from home should be limited if not prohibited. Not realistic to communicate about day to day issues with someone who's job it is to execute decisions without being actually present. I brought this up and they give me a meeting with HR trying to scare me to leave the company. Glad I did. Not worth the stress and garbage environment. I heard this company got bought out and I believe they will continue to execute a poor working environment because they care more about profit and numbers than their employees. Sad but true.
