Pros
Company is very good atmosphere, and also we all know this company about 150+ years completed already. But in Kolkata location Data are very less..but apart data all are good like 6 out of 10
Cons
The main problem thing is TA not available. Companies requirement 40 call in a single month location is whatever but they don't provide TA. & Very worst part is it you don't get promoted within a year your salary will not increase. Companies main problem is LOAN FT & SURRENDER FT. all are doing work with this above mention two formats but I think as an employee it is customers loss. But your manager not told you. So this is the worst part in this company especially In Kolkata Location DM channel
