If you like getting yelled at by the CEO on a daily basis for no reason at all, this is your kind of place!
Cons
CEO often berates and undermines the staff. Half of the people get fired without warning before bonus payouts are due while the other half walk out and quit within the first 6 months. CEO openly states that "40 hours won't cut it here" and that he expects people to work 24-7. Most miserable work experience of my life.
