Aditazz is a great place to work. Leadership is supportive of employee growth and will invest in learning opportunities if there is a demand. There is also opportunity to explore other functions of interest. I led marketing but also contributed to operations, business development, and other internal initiatives. The people there are also incredibly smart. You are consistently surrounded by people who are passionate about their job and challenge you to think out of the box. The office has an amazing view of the harbor. I frequently went on short runs along the bay front. There's also catered lunch twice a week and social events to mingle with your coworkers!

There are not many restaurants around the area so the catered lunches help.
