Cons

- First of all, all the 'good' reviews on here are FAKE, written by the company itself. - Super unprofessional company - The CEO will make you promises and then when it is time to implement those promises you will hear "I didn't say that, I would NEVER say that!!" - There is absolutely NO CULTURE. - Salary is very very low. - They do not care about their employees. - Absolutely no room for growth - No benefits at all - They say 'flexible hours' to lure you in and then will get on your case about not working 9-6. - They expect 'loyalty' out of their employees but will not give you the respect you deserve. - Zero compassion towards their employees and customers - only care about making money - You will only get an offer for a raise when you quit -Lie about everything in their job description -What you see first time is absolutely not true. They say you join everything changes. All promises are false. -They are scamming the clients and not telling them the truth and they lie to employees also -They tell their sales people to lie and make promises that are not going to happen

Pros

The company always looks internally for promotions before doing an external hire. The pay is competitive. KPIs are front and center with dashboards and managerial oversight being focused on the same metrics as their teams.

Cons

It's a high growth SaaS company, so there can be stress.

Pros

The product has potential, and I genuinely believed in it, which is why I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

There is no real company culture- hard to grow unless you’re in the inner circle. Leadership consistently prioritizes saving money over employee well-being. I was regularly booked on ultra-budget flights like Spirit and housed in budget motels like Super 8 during work travel. When I gave my two weeks’ notice, I was immediately locked out of all systems within 10 minutes. I couldn’t even say goodbye to my team or transition my work. You will not be paid for your two weeks if you give notice-they'll only pay out accrued PTO. They also withheld earned commissions, which felt unethical. Morale is low, and over time it became clear that most employees feel undervalued and unheard.
