AES has a very nice small company feel. Lab managers and upper managers are all great. If you voice any concerns or opinions you will be heard and taken seriously. No work drama or competition between coworkers, everyone helps each other. Flexible paid time off as long as you are fulfilling your duties. Compensation is competitive and can include a Christmas bonus. Christmas and summer parties are a lot of fun. Overall a great experience working here.
