Pros
The employees (colleagues) up to the management level are very friendly and helpful. There is a training phase for around 3 weeks for the internship batch. The office is very comfortable as well. The company implements WFO Shifting although you could always ask your supervisor/manager to work from home if you are feeling unwell. There are also many gathering events throughout the year for all the employees. A pretty good place for fresh-graduates who want to start their career.
Cons
The salary is pretty low, standard at best. There are no bonuses (partly caused by the pandemic), and the pay raise is low too. The workload is really high at times (you are sometimes forced to work until midnight/dawn) with very little compensation. The job also gets too repetitive really fast too which doesn't allow you to develop your skills.
