Pros
There are many but the main one is that adform remains independent, run by the people who founded it and mission driven. The founders and senior management are, by and large, very accessible and relatively inspiring. They value their staff. No business is a democracy but adform cares more for it's employees, their wellbeing and their views than any company I've worked in or with.
Cons
Crowded marketplace with big fish in the pond - risk that it may eventually be eaten up, although this is still a while away. The company is healthy and in growth.
