Pros
Fantastic benefits package. Really great incentives for things like professional development (not everyone uses it), mental and physical health, and the typical stuff like 401k/insurance. In this sense, it's a great place to work. For the most part, they value good employees. If you make yourself valuable to the company, you will be compensated accordingly. Culturally, this place is active. Plenty of happy hours and events. Some people are friends outside of work, but for the most part things are kept very professional. This could be a hit or miss depending on what you're looking for.
Cons
There is a select problem client that if you get put on, more than likely you will end up miserable. The company is aware of this but does not seem to value clients that respect their employees. Several people have left/want to leave because of this client. They even let this client tell them a new staff member “wasn't the right fit” who was barely a month in, and so they were let go. I think this is a problematic way to run a company. Additionally the company is currently in a young, inexperienced place. With a lot of fresh staff who are not confident and simply do not have the experience to run strong campaigns. The big ideas don’t happen, it's just checking boxes, and churning things out. If you care about doing good work, I'd say that is lacking here. The focus is on not really on quality.
