Pros

Hi! I have been working at Adfactors for some time, and these are my thoughts

Cons

1. If you’re here to only learn, then this is a good place! Don’t bother to read the review 2. If you’re someone like me, who’s looking for a good pay, medium workload, normal work hours (9-6 pm), respect from the team, etc. I think before applying here do consider the following- - Pay is minimal, there are competitors out there who are paying way more than Adfactors is- I’m planning to move out as soon as I get a better opportunity. - Team management – Here’s what I have noticed, seniors put all the workload on the juniors which leads to massive burn out and prolonged work hours. I have noticed my senior chilling or crunching chips over call while the juinors are given hefty amounts of work. This leaves the team feeling inferior, demotivated and bitter. If this is topped off with disrespect and shouting in each and every team’s call, then it’s a recipe for disaster. Poor thing is that management is doing nothing to solve these issues. Probably, because everyone is going through the same thing. - Client services – I would say each and every client can be managed amazingly, if the Adfactors team is united internally, otherwise it just makes the work very very hard and the environment suffocating. I have heard my immediate seniors saying that this particular client is really bad, but in my opinion, even if the client requires a lot of work it can be divided equally and boundaries can be decided, anything can be tackled peacefully, provided there’s a cooperation in the team. - Workforce management – The company is cutting on a lot of employee cost, if hiring is done adequately there will be less burden on each person. Currently we are putting in hours from 8 am – 7 pm which is a lot of time. - If you’re applying here or anywhere, I think it’d be a good idea to ask your recruitment manager to tell you beforehand about the team you’ll be working with. I think it’s so important, to know how the team you’ll be working with is going to look like and what its past records have been. If there have been a lot of resignations in that particular team, it’s a sign one should dig deeper on the reasons behind it. And, honestly it is not even the clients it is the people in the team who makes all the difference. In general I have seen a lot of young folks moving out because of these issues. - Documentation – Apart from client work, there is unnecessary documentation required by Adfactors to do, which can be easily done away with. Some of them are very time consuming and no one even looks at them. I just wrote this so that anyone who’s planning to join the company should be aware about the internal functioning of the company. I didn’t have this information when I joined, I would have saved out on a lot of time and emotional stress if I would have known earlier. Goes without doubt, this is my experience, someone else might have a different one. All the best, take an informed decision! Hope this helps! :)
