      * Work-life balance * Well-paid. * Huge local market share

      Cons

      * A lot of red tape because of the way agile methodology is applied. * They overload you with meetings and you are left with a few hours to do your actual work. * There is no career track that I am aware of. * As in any big company, good technical skills will not be helpful for your career progression.

      Very bureaucratic processes and company structure changes very often meaning you can be changing teams or management once or twice per year. The salaries are not great either.
