- Apart from all the perks, the work environment and colleagues are really nice and professional. The team culture may vary depending on each team, but in my case, everyone has been very supportive. - Work-life balance is one of the most important aspects of this company. You can see that they value their employees as individuals, rather than just numbers.
Cons
- Things are quite confusing during the re-org since this is a large company. - Quite a few people coming and leaving the company. - The adoption of diverse technologies can make long-term maintenance challenging.
