      Pros

      Great colleagues and variation of work; challenges your own thinking and leads to personal enhancement

      Cons

      Terrible management promoted on a who you know rather than ability basis, making a mockery of the organisation. Managers are not experienced in projects and have no comprehension of how projects work. Training non-existent and is a very sink or swim environment

      Everything changes and if you're wanting a static workplace instead of one that continually refines itself, this might not be for you.
