      Pros

      Some members of the team are really nice, there is a family environment, with team events organised by the team. Working hours are not too long.

      Cons

      Managers do not trust their staff. HR policies on sick pay, holiday, WFH arrangements etc are quite out-dated and need to be modernised.

      Pros

      A great team with a fantastic leader, with a family feel. Great culture of recognition, teamwork, progression opportunities. Honestly, the best company i have worked for in terms of job satisfaction, pay, benefits and culture.
