      Pros

      Fellow co-workers are the only thing that makes the job enjoyable.

      Cons

      Worst company I've ever worked for. Equivalent to a sweat shop and pays like one too. Don't drink the juice they serve over there, you'll be selling a mediocre product in a saturated market with little to no room for promotional advancement in addition to your wallet having little to no growth as well.

      flexible work environment exciting forefront of technology and first party data optimization Incredibly smart and hard working team members that make me laugh You work the the C-suite of one of the most diverse industries around the world and no two days are the same

      Must be extremely self sufficient and self motivated Prioritization is key to be successful You're expected to accomplish what needs to be done with little oversight The industry Adentro focuses on is not the most technology forward so you must become an expert in identifying those who want to push the industry forward, automate, optimize and adopt new tech
