Pros
There are a lot of great people (from nurses to from desk to doctors) who really care about taking excellent care of their patients.
Cons
Top management is not a team. Most of them are posers working to promote their own careers rather than resolve problems in the organization, manage their staff, or move things forward. Although there is the appearance of vision, direction changes regularly. Execution is a problem due to inability to plan and poor accountability.
