Pros

You get paid every week. This is honestly the only positive thing that I can say about this company. They are also pretty great with holidays. 3 days off for Thanksgiving. A full week for Christmas.

Cons

Terrible pay. They start you off at $8.75 with only a a .25 shift differential. Terrible hours. They make you work additional days without overtime pay because they usually mess up the fabric causing you and other co-workers to leave early. Working 6 days just to get your 40 hours is absolutely taxing on anyone. Terrible management. Most of the higher ups and assistant managers are clueless to whats going on and show no interest in assisting employes and do nothing to improve the work environment. High temperatures unless you are upper management. Because of the equipment you are working around temperatures are very high. The in door thermostat say 87-96 during the summer. They have large dusty metal fans that do absolutely nothing. Employes are somewhat rude. A very awkward work environment where rumors are spread and somehow everyone is in you business. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! There are numerous cockroaches the size of glue-sticks. Restrooms have no hot or warm water. This business is flat out nonfunctional. Management gets away with murder.

Pros

It is a paying job.

Cons

The owner inherited this company from his parents. He is verbally abusive and micromanages people while yanking them in multiple directions at once. He thinks everything is easy and should take absolutely no time to complete. He is incredibly cheap and rude. Numerous people have quit immediately due to his abuse. They pay salary people monthly. But they don't tell you that when they hire you. The building is old and dirty. You need to provide your own Keurig pods. They won't even buy the employees coffee. The accounting department is understaffed and the workload is overwhelming. The insurance sucks. There is no 401k match.
