Not much - benefits not too bad

Cons

1. Upper Management/Managers do not train nor care about how you grow. It's mostly for marketing reasons and what will look good on the surface. 2. Management does not take responsibility or accountability. 3. Clear favoritism and cliques. Everyone sees it. 4. Blame, blame, blame. When they make a mistake it's totally fine.
