      Pros

      Flexible management and understanding. They also provide all course material and training.

      Cons

      Sometimes the drive can be tough depending on what schools you tutor at. But, it's the tutors choice of whether or not to accept the offered position/location.

      Pros

      Great management; they were always available if I had any questions or needed anything. Training sessions prepared me well, and I really enjoyed working with the kids and teaching the subject matter provided by the company.

      Cons

      Work wasn't always consistent, and it wasn't enough to make a full time job. Unfortunately, their funding got pulled and they are no longer in business.
