      None, besides there is no management most the time Owner is in china, he will only be heard on the phone

      No management No actual business direction No benefit packages Delayed paychecks (Months) Has trouble paying warehouse rent Owner have no sense of work hours, will call you late at night, or spam text you for nothing close of an emergency

      None, you will never see your company owner, only hear his voice from the phone. This company is a shell

      late pay (guaranteed) No bonuses No benefit package unreasonable sales goals unannounced pay cut they have many different DBA Joveco, Homebeez, Decor DeVilla , Asense, All runs under by same few people The company is very open to admit they’re broke, and will hear consistent argument among the owners and workers in their rooms or over the phone loudly.
