      Some people have no idea how IT works and you have the explain and repeat yourself very often until an idea is conveyed

      Great hourly rate, landed me a two-year contract with Google, friendly and helpful staff, great communication and experience overall.

      Team and peers were amazing to work with. Super helpful and collaborative.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was good at a general employee level but not so for management. 70-80 hour workweeks were not uncommon.
