Pros
I am working here as a software developer instead of robotics engineer. this is an amazing place to work as a robotics engineer or any engineer whose work is important to the development of the robot. my work wasnt as important but i for sure only have praises for what they are doing in india. extremely skilled employees mostly all from iits and nits. completely surrouned by quick learners and hard workers.
Cons
the only con i felt was sometimes i didnt like how my team was being managed and the lack of process and software process/operations tools were missing completely. people write good code but dont know how to manage that code (ps they dont even know how to use git properly)
