      None. Zero. Nada. No pros to this job whatsoever.

      Cons

      Racist management (even noticeable by many non-POC). Lateral and downward violence at its finest. Even the chaplain was pretty vicious. Gargantuan service area. 12 hour days 5 days a week. On salary. Low salary for nurses Case load 22 - 30 Not enough supplies

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
